Why practice mindful awe?

Mindful awe can help you learn how to stay present and attentive to your surroundings.

What is mindful awe?

Mindful awe involves being mindful during the experience of seeing — by paying attention to the shapes, colors, and details of what we see.

Practice creating moments of mindful awe

The exercises provided each include a picture of a landscape. To create moments of mindful awe, focus on imaging being present in the moment, seeing it all, and appreciating the vastness of the landscape.

In each exercise, you will observe the landscape and ask yourself the same set of questions.
